Join us on July 29th for our first FLEET Night open mic experience!
Use your gifts, join our community, and help bring the vision of FLEET to life.
Use your creative gifts to help set the tone for the night! As a Worship Leader you are expected to use your gifts to glorify God. You'll share one powerful piece of worship that invites everyone into God's presence. Whether it's music, spoken word, dance, visual art, or any other creative expression, this is your moment to help others connect with God through your unique artistic talents.
Got a message on your heart? As a Sermon Leader, you’ll share a 15 minute message rooted in scripture and life experience—whatever God’s been placing on your heart. Don’t worry about being “perfect”—this is about being real, honest, and encouraging to others walking out their faith.
Keep the energy up and the conversation flowing! You’ll help lead fun icebreakers and make sure everyone feels seen and included during group discussions and fellowship. This is a great role for people who love connecting with others and creating a safe, uplifting space to share and grow.
You’re the glue that holds the night together! As the MC, you’ll guide the flow of the evening—from welcoming guests and hyping up each part of the night, to introducing speakers and closing things out strong. All you need is your energy, joy, and love for people!
You’ve got a deep love for Scripture and a gift for discernment—and we need that! As a Spiritual Advisor, you’ll help review sermon submissions to make sure they’re biblically sound. You’ll be a behind-the-scenes support for discussion leaders, helping shape questions and guide meaningful conversations. This role is perfect for someone who wants to pour into others spiritually, with wisdom and grace.
Keep the atmosphere strong and invite God's presence! As a Prayer Warrior, you will provide the spiritual covering for our events. This might mean opening or closing the night in prayer, or being available to provide one-on-one prayer for community members throughout the evening. Use your heart and prayers to help set the spiritual tone for the night!
